ABOUT THE ARTIST COMMON
 
The Artist Common project has purchased an historic church building and the adjoining rectory for use as an art studio/residence. Both the church and the rectory are currently available to rent. We hope it will host workshops and artist residencies, allowing visiting artists easy access to the East Coast, and providing aspiring artists with instruction from visiting professionals. The two buildings are conveniently located in central Massachusetts, close to Interstate 90, just eighty minutes from Boston and 180 minutes from New York City.

RENT THE CHURCH (ARTIST COMMON) Turn of the century church-turned-artist-studio and residence awaits you. Located on 1 1/2 private acres this place is peaceful and unique. The apartment is industrial modern and the chapel is vintage. Rent all or part.

RENT THE RECTORY (VICTORIAN AT ARTIST COMMON) Sleep up to 22 on 4 quiet acres, this spacious property is tastefully updated. It is the former rectory and church turned artist studio. Walk to a river for kayaking or read on the porch/sunroom. Rental of church is separate.
